hello - I’ve been thrust into an advancement chair role and have already made my first mistake in scoutbook & would appreciate some advice. From a previous thread it seems like once dates are entered they cannot be alterened by the submitter. How can I get the records update with the correct dates?
Continuing the discussion from Board of Review that is wrong but I can’t change it:
@PeterBaker - There should be a grey x next to to the date and if you click that you can clear the date
Thank you Stephen. No Grey X next to any of the entered dates, I’ve even tried to unclick ‘mark as approved/recorded’, and no difference. Any other ideas folks?
@PeterBaker I would recommend having your troop check your permissions. Unit Advancement Chair doesn’t come with much in the way of default permissions.
@PeterBaker - if marked approved you have to uncheck then save then the date is able to be deleted
