Bring Scout back into Scoutbook

I have a scout who aged out and went past his extension date. I removed him from SB, but later found out our District Advancement Chair made an error in notifying him and the troop of the approval of his Eagle Scout Project. I now need to bring him back into scoutbook but I don’t know how.

Is there a way to do this?
