Who can we reach out to for issues with the BSA Event Management site?
I tried registering my scout for the National Jamboree. There were some errors and now there are 2 reservations on her BSA ID associated with the NJ but it seems information is incomplete for both of them (hard to tell) and I never got any kind of confirmation that either of them was successful.
I would send email to the Jamboree team - there was an email (I think) in the video yesterday - National.jamboree@Scouting.org - @JosephKauffman
In case anyone else runs into this issue, there’s a step in the registration process in which it asks for donations to the scholarship fund. If you select any amount other than zero, the application will error out on the last step.
You can always go back later and add the donation after the application has been completed.
