Calendar Permissions for ASMs, Part II

I added one of our ASMs as the Outdoor Activities Coordinator Chair and he cannot add attendees to any Troop events, nor can he view past events on the calendar. Is there some unknown step he needs to take to be able to do this? Right now I am updating the calendar with upcoming events and the attendance at meetings until I can get some of the ASMs the capabilities.

Need help!

When you look at that person’s positions, do you see a green shield by the outdoor/activities chair position?

How is the ASM connected to all Scouts in the troop? View Profile? Something else?

He has Full Control for all Scouts and he has the Green Shield for an Approved position.

You could try going into the position and clicking update. That sometimes resets things.
