Can not access event Yes/No/Maybe

Unfortunately I am no longer able to access the response section of events. I can see the event and who is going and event respond to my son’s, but when I try to respond to my own the poo up box for “YES/NO/MAYBE” doesn’t even show up.

Any suggestions would be useful.

My guess is you have two accounts. Are you a leader in the unit?

Yes, ASM, but will soon be taking on the SM role.

Send an email to scoutbook.support@scouting.org. Provide your name, BSA member Number, email address, and unit info. Ask them to search for and merge duplicate accounts.
