# Can not approve adult leader application

I tried this fix for an adult leader/scouter application with no luck: we can all see her APPLICATION ID#200417562 (BSA member #126987656) pending online, and the committee chair “recommended for approval” but I don’t have the option to approve the application.  
Same thing is also happening with application #200417547

Only the COR or COR Delegate can go in and approve through [my.scouting.org](http://my.scouting.org). I know in the past if the COR waits to long, it’ll get sent to council and they’ll have to resend it back to the unit level.

Adding on to @AndrewBrewer 's post: The Chartered Org. Rep. can choose to designate someone as COR Delete to approve online adult leader applications. This functional role is different from Key 3 Delegate.
