Can not delete an incorrectly entered merit badge

We had a merit badge (Traffic safety) entered for several scouts via quick entry, we accidently added an incorrect entry for one scout. We followed the directions in Scoutbook plus to remove the individual completions for each requirement. All requirements are cleared but Requirement 1. We have deleted the date but can not click the save button on requirement 1. The date of completion has disapeared but the requirements remain checked as completed and the merit badge shows 18% completed.

It is my understanding that we can not unstart a badge, but we need to show that this badge has 0% completed.

Scout record is 13855819 .

There is no longer an unstart feature. Are you hovering over the date in Req 1 so the X appears? Click the X and then save

We did, the date is gone but the save button won’t activate. We tried changing the date and redeleting, still won’t activate the save button.

We were able to delete all the othr requirements by hovering over the x, but # 1 will not delete.

Did you try removing the completions from the sub requirements? I see 1a to 1d all marked complete?

Yes we did try that still wont activate the save button. We can’t click on it.

I retried deleting each sub requirement again. The problem is when you delete the date and click on save but it won’t accept the entry. When you refresh the date is back. I can click on every other action button on the screen and it works but the save in requirement one will not.

@ChristopherNovack you have to do each sub individually - I can setup a screenshare to take a look if you need it

Thank you it worked. When you clicked on the individual requirement it fills in the bottom date box. I did not click the expand arrow which shows a secondary date box. That was the missing step.

Strangely the other requirements deleted with the main requirements approval box date being deleted.
