Cannot approve merit badges

Hello -

I was formerly the Unit Advancement chair for both our boys and girls troops. I then stepped down, so my persons were removed. I recently returned as the following for our girls troop only (313G) - Troop admin, Committee Chairman, Key 3 Delegate, and Unit Advancement Chair.

However, I don’t have the permissions to edit the girls advancements in Scoutbook Plus. I get the message copied below. Can anyone assist? Thank you.

@JillReuter - if you are committee chair you would not need delegate nor uac. Additionally troop admin no longer exists. Are you on the cc role in the upper right dropdown.
To confirm what is your registered position in my.scouting.org ?
