None of our key 3 can assign a Merit Badge Counselor to scout 13945609. Any fixes?

No, they haven’t been able to do it either
Is this any MBC to any MB or just a specific MBC and MB pair?
I don’t see a pattern. I’ve had 4 admins try to connect him to two different MBCs.
@KristinHeist what happens? are there error messages?
@KristinHeist first thing I see is you are both Mother of and Father of the Scout - you need to talk to Council Registrar to clean that up - under 2 different numbers - but it is odd

There’s an error message saying “Error. Something went wrong. Try again”
@KristinHeist I just tried one fix - please try to add MBC again - you might need to do a hard refresh (Shift + refresh page)
