I have a scout whose mother needs to be added as a parent connection. I’ve tried various times throughout the day, on different devices, but I keep getting an error that it cannot be done at this time. Is a resolution coming soon? Thanks!

If you provide the scout and parent’s bsa member numbers, we can take a look to see if anything is wrong with the accounts.
I figured out the issue! They have an Irish last name with an apostrophe. Once I realized son and dad don’t have that in their scoutbook name, I was able to create the mom’s parent connection this morning.
