My Cub Scout Pack has three Den Chiefs. Two are continuing from last year, and one is brand new. The new one shows up on the invite list for Pack events, but the two that are not continuing cannot be invited and do now show up when searched by name. ---

@MichaelRepperger do they show on the Roster? What are the BSA #s (no names) ---

Yes. They show on the roster. New Den Chief that I can invite: 141467012 Old Den Chiefs that I cannot invite: 141066447 and 12929734 ---

Any news? I just ran into this same issue with a different Cub Scout Pack. I cannot invite the Den Chiefs to Pack and Den Meetings. ---

I understand there are issues with Den Chiefs in general? I also cannot invite our single Den Chief to any calendar events, he does show up on our roster though. ---

I’m having the same issue with a 6/9 of our Den Chiefs not showing on the calendar invites (IDs 13495726, 134423920, 140175504, 133779143, 136311574 & 140930242). They all show on my roster. Additionally, when trying to assign a Den Chief (133779143) to a den I’m getting an error message that “Youth already has a den chief position in the denId264396”. He’s only in 1 den chief position on the Troop leadership record according to their SM. Our Council registrar took a look at the system says,“Youth information is not displayed. Please contact Parent/Guardian.” and “Editing restricted to admins and connected parent/guardians” ---

I know National doesn’t issue timelines on solving IT bugs, but has this issue even been acknowledged as a bug and tracked? ---
