I am a webelos den leader for the pack and I finally got access to scoutbook and scoutbook plus.
So when I go to the scountbook plus Roster - I can see my Webelos scout but I cannot access the webelos scout as it ws not highlighted. I also work at another pack and I was able to access the scout as it was hightlighted to allow me to access and make entries for item the scout completed.
But this current one - no scout are hightlighted. I send a support ticket to BSA and they inform me to come here.
Please help me as I have a lot of entries to make.
I assume you are having trouble with Pack 3150. You are not registered in that pack which will prevent you from accessing the advancement for those Scouts.
There is no fee to be registered in a 2nd unit. 24 hours after you regsiter with Pack 3150 you will have access to the Scouts in Scoutbook Plus.
Actually - pack 3150 is not the issue as I will put in a form later. The issue is pack 3096 in which I am register to 3096. The issue is when I go to scoutbook plus and look at teh roster - the Webelos scouts are grey out and I cannot add their achievements. The cubmaster did add me in as a Den Admin but it seems like I cannot perform any function in the scoutbook plus.
I am able to edit the scouts in Pack 3150. But in Pack 3096 - I cannot and no one know why
