We have a Scout, Joshua, MID# 13992061. His records are showing 2 rank advancements as duplicates, Second Class and First Class. The unit has tried to remove the duplicates, as well as the Council Advancement Coordinator and have not been able to do so. Is there a way from your side to remove the duplicates? Thank you!
It is just 2 versions of the ranks - they are on the same date so should not be an issue. Council could send in a national membercare ticket but I do not think it is needed.
