I have a parent who her email shows in her profile on her phone. Her email shows up as “changemypassword@scoutbook “ when I look at her profile. Anyone know a fix?
Post the UserID of the Parent and we can take a look - you can find it under Edit Profile
I am having the same issue, although my local council says they show the correct email address.

Yes however I only show dad, not mom on my roster/connections
