We have a BSA Troop member that we’d like to make a Den Chief for the pack. This individual is also participating in an Explorer Post.
His BSA member number is 137282046.
In the pack roster in scoutbook+, we select “add individual” then “add den chief”. The only unit that appears is the Explorer Post.
After clicking add, we get the following error:
How can we get this straightened out so that we can use the BSA Troop as the unit to add him as a Den Chief for the pack?
