I am trying to award & advance a Scout from Webelos to AOL. All but 2 of the required adventures awarded as normal. The system won’t let me award two of them, and I think it’s because the system shows the scout having started the 2016 (outdated) version. I cannot find a way to delete/reset the 2016 version or “force” the current (2024) version through. I have tried both the Unit Quick Entry route, as well as directly through the Scout’s profile. All other Scouts in the den worked normally.
Any ideas?
Can you please post the Scouting America Member ID for the scout (no names, please!). The SUAC may be able to use this to look at the back end to see if the only issue is the version. Also, which adventures are causing the issue?
What is the error message that is thrown when you try to award the adventures?

@JoelFreimark This Scout is in an AOL den. Try moving the Scout to a Webelos den temporarily, and then mark the items as awarded.
