Son’s email is wrong in SB. It’s correct in IA. We cannot correct it in SB.
Go to My Dashboard, Select your child’s name, select Edit Profile for your child, change email in designated area, scroll to the bottom right of the page and click save changes. You may need to close out all opened tabs with your account and re login. Good luck!
