I can’t print my daughter’s official ID card. It’s driving me crazy!!!
We are linked as parent and child. It seems like all of the instructions are outdated, or don’t reflect the current menu options.
How are you trying to print it? You also need to talk to council as you are both Father and child of both your scouts - they need to clean that up.
@RichardMartin5 - the membership certificate or id is printed from my.scouting.org and the unit can do that
When I go to ‘my profile’ at My.Scouting, I then scroll down to registrations and I can see my own membership cards but it doesn’t include my kids. I’ve tried going through Scoutbook plus and printing from the roster, but don’t have permissions as one of the big three at the unit.
Your relationships are messed up. You are connected to your children as both Father of and Daughter of/Son of. Your Council will need to clean this up.
