No matter how we try, we cannot award the Footsteps Wolf Adventure to one scout. We even contacted our council, but they cannot find a reason either. What can we do?
Footsteps can be troublesome - what is the Scouts MID? What version of Footsteps are they on? Is Quick Entry Failing? Is entering it on the Scouts Profile Failing?
The current one. No way of entry works, tried them all.

@SamanthaReddy ok some issue was found - watch the change log for any updates. If it gets to needing to award rank - council might be able to enter award for you with their tools. But also you can just walk in and but an adventure with no paperwork.
