# Can't see my pack roster

I cannot see my pack roster anymore. I am the Committee Chair and a Den Leader, so I should be able to have access. Thank you for the help.

This seems to be working for most folks. Try it:If your roster is blank, select the roster filter then click **Reset Filters**.

I tell people after that to clear their cache.

There are a couple of possibilities. Most likely is that the filters on the roster need to reset as mentioned in this post:

Another thing that’s confusing is that it should not be possible to be registered as both CC and DL in the same unit. The permissions structure is now tied to registered positions, so that might also be impacting things. More details are in the document and video linked to from the blue banner at the top of these forums.
