Can't select adults to message

I can’t select 2 adults/leaders to send messages to. BSA ids 132915550 & 13928405.

Observations:

I am logged in as Scoutmaster.

Can’t do it in Chrome or Safari.

Can’t do it on my phone (Safari)

Can’t do it by “select all” in messages (the same 2 remain unchecked)

They have not opted out of messages.

Same issue here, even though there was a fix reported 4 days ago.
Seems like its saying they are children of “-,-” even though they are all adults.
BSAIds: 128055093, 126436711, 14154258
They cannot be selected at the top of this list under the “-,-” name or where their names appear below as parents.
