Hi, I’m the New Member Coordinator and I cannot send messages in SB+ despite the Committee Chair giving me messaging permissions. I’m also a MBC and can’t send messages under that profile either. I’m pretty sure I was able to send messages earlier this year, but when it came time for fall registration I can’t send anymore. It doesn’t work for our B troop or our G troop anymore. @cmarl21 so when under the 813G profile you cannot send a message? ---

No, I can’t send from either 813G or 813B ---

What does the committee chair need to change to send messages? Is there another step besides her ticking the box? The top screen shot is from her from the B troop and the bottom is the G troop. ---

@cmarl21 chair would add Create Messages for B Troop too. When was the permission for send message G Troop added? Your troop memberships are expired and in a grace period, which is odd cause they do not line up with your MBC position, that is a talk to council registrar to get things lined up. That expired might be part of the issue. ---

That is strange, I renewed about a month ago for all positions. The G troop was added at least 2 weeks ago. Let me check on the MBC status. To be fair, I did not try to send a message again today from the MBC account; I only tried the B troop and G troop. ---

It looks like the MBC aspect works now, my apologies. I’ll reach out to our district and see why the memberships are expired. Thanks for looking into it. Hopefully I will hear from them soon and we can go from there. Appreciate you! ---
