Can't Sign-off on Cub Scout Wolf BB Gun Beltloop

I am trying to sign off on the Wolf BB Gun Belt Loop, but it is showing as disabled. I am the Cubmaster and a Certified Rangemanster (and NRA RSO). The Target Sports activity took place at a council camporee at a council camp.

Give BB a date?
Approve BB?
On Scout Page?
Using Quick entry?

I can’t approve BB or Archery. I did not try Sling Shot.

@JohnKrayeski I will ask again - is it only approving things that is the issue?

I just logged back in to double check and I was able sign off on it. It would not let me yesterday.
