Cant update my child in SB+

I am the Scoutmaster of our troop.

I was trying to add a Merit Badge start date tonight, but when I go into her profile in the roster, it shows no advancement. I checked in Legacy SB, and she is not in our roster anymore. Then I checked in my.scouting roster. She still shows there.

@JasonKracht I have requested a position sync. The Scout should be back on the troop roster within 24-48 hours.
