We have one member in our Webelos den who is still a current member, and will be active through the end of the year. They have opted out of automatic renewal, but their registration doesn’t expire until August of 2025. When I use the Scoutbook Plus “unit quick entry” tool to enter adventures for that den, they are excluded. Eligible cubs show up at the top and can be selected. Below that is a section titled “Not Eligible” that lists all the cubs in other dens. At the bottom is a section titled “Opted Out” that contains the active cub I want to include in the adventures I am entering. I can’t select them. Why are they excluded from entry, even though their registration is current and they are active?
@JonathanMcMillan Noted and reported - BUT it is a no-win programming situation - as every scout opts out different. Some are just OUT. Others (probably less) say we are going to finish the year. Manual Entry should still work for the scout - the opt out section in QE is to prevent units from entering and buying things for scouts they will never see again
