CC of Crew has been registered since September 2024, but is not in the roster to be assigned as Crew Admin. When CC signs in to “accept position” on the roster, it is greyed out and he is not able to click on any of the positions.
Registrar has tried to find in the mybsa to sync with scoutbook, but it does not show them as a user of Scoutbook.
What is the CC’s Scouting America Member ID (no names)? Does he appear on the roster in my.scouting.org?

Yes, he is on roster in my.scouting.org.
The issue is this leader was previously registered in another Council. He had the other council’s Member ID set as primary on his my.scouting.org account and his Scoutbook account had other council’s Member ID.
I have switched the Member ID on both his my.scouting.org account and on his Scoutbook account. I requested a position sync. He should be in the unit in Scoutbook tomorrow.
