Good morning! We recently worked with our local council (Adventure West) to sort out an issue with my BSA number so that we could register me for Sea Base. At this point I have three BSA numbers in my profile. The Sea Base registration issue was resolved but now my Scoutbook is basically blank. I can’t see my own scouts, nor my Troop. How can I fix this?
My current active BSA number: 14154345
SB User ID: 13165408
Previous BSA numbers no longer active: 132773609 and 130833449

It sounds like the Council did not use VST to change your BSA Number on your Scoutbook account.
I’ll look into this for you.
