My son changed units this year. However on scoutbook, his name shows up but it seems frozen - can’t click on it. I am not receiving scoutbook notifications from either unit. And it doesn’t show my payment to the new unit. Should I delete my account and start a new one and lose all of my completed trainings? Need some help. Many thanks.
How did you register your son with the new unit?
Did you use the Transfer function at my.scouting (“My Application”)?
