The bank our unit uses has changed its login page so when I try to log in to pay for our adult volunteers, I get an error message. I’d rather not pay the Stripe administrative fee (A Scout is Thrifty) when we can pay it directly out of our account. Do I notify national to get it changed or do I notiy Stripe? I don’t see contact information for either organization on the page for payments. I already have had the account manually verified.
@DavidStorm I think asking Council for their advice is the first step - they can open a national ticket with National if needed

@DavidStorm - I can add that if the account has been verified via stripe, then all transaction will occur without user intervention from that time forward as they are then authorized ACH transactions.

Thanks, gentlemen. I’ve asked Council about it and asked my bank. I need to be able to log into my bank account to get to the ACH transaction.
