My daughter is uable to login to SB+ online and the app. she is able to login to my.scouting.org.

@DavidMcWhinnie When she created her username at my.Scouting.org, she used a date of birth that did not match, so the system created a new member ID number for her.
I have merged her Scoutbook accounts. She might need to wait until tomorrow before she has full access.
If needed, the local council can fix her date of birth using their Registrar Tools.
