Clearing out Adventures

I have a Scout (134707931) who has Adventures left over from Cub Scouts I cannot approve or clear. The parent also tried. Any help making this go away?

In the Troop > To Approve > there should be an option From other Programs > there you can click Record

It doesn’t come up there. It comes up under Requirements and when I attempt to Record, this is the response I get.
