I have a Scout that is showing on our roster in My.Scouting, but is not showing up on our Troops roster, however he is showing on the Crews roster. Anything you can do to help?
@LawrenceChisholm - have you tried the filter > Red RESET text. click on that
Yup, thats how I got him to show up in the Crew, but it did not work for the troop
Is their College Scouter Reserve registered position showing for them at my.scouting? I’ve seen them get hung up pending COR approval.

I see this issue with the Unit Scouter Reserve position, also in a crew, member ID 14170777. The member shows in the unit my.scouting roster, but not Scoutbook Plus full roster. They do appear on the lite roster in Scoutbook Plus for users with less access to items in Scoutbook Plus.
@RobertMckeever yours sounds like a Filter issue - make sure the 18+/Participant is turned on. Which unit roster do they not show in? or if this is a new position > go to roster > filters > click RESET no matter what is shown
I’ve reset roster a number of different times across this year - even shows the dead member ID for a youth whose member ID was merged (“Needs to Register”). This is Crew 617, the only unit that member is registered with. They were converted from Venturing Participant to Unit Scouter Reserve ahead of renewal season last year.
OK just to eliminate the first obvious. It is the same for other leaders who are not a parent? @RobertMckeever
For any leader who doesn’t have any additional permissions granted in SB+, the lite roster appears. I.e. committee member. Crew committee chair & associate advisor viewing do not see that member in the full SB+ roster.
