@DonovanMcNeil There also seems to be an account for her running around with Member ID: 134980180 User ID 11316486. I think this should also be combined with her account. Is that possible?
@MatthewHandley - 134980180 is her Real Registered Account - I got this fixed - she can log in with user name - NOT email
