Combine Parent's 3 Scouting accounts into 1

Hello,

I have a mother REMOVED DO NOT POST NAMES, who has 3 Scouts. Two of them, REMOVED DO NOT POST NAMES, are in our Troop (0777 in the Black Swamp Area Council) and the third, REMOVED DO NOT POST NAMES, is in our Pack (3777 in the Black Swamp Area Council).

Ashley somehow has 3 accounts and whichever one she is using does not have access to all three of the boys. Is it possible to combine her accounts into one that has access to all three Scouts?

Ashley’s primary account is 136494565 and it appears in Scoutbook that that account has access to all three Scouts. Here other two accounts are 13484693 and 132939133.

These BSA#/MIDs are already under management and that is as close to merging as there is. The Mothers AKELA/Renewal Connections to the Scouts are scattered so I would contact your local council and ask them to use the Registrar Tools to look up the children. When they look up the children, they want to check children’s “User Relationship” and make sure that children are connected to parent with Only the correct BSA member ID number - 136494565
