I am having the same issue. I logged onto my scouting today and noticed I didn’t have any of the Commissioner tools. It showed me still registered as a Commissioner under my profile but unable to access anything.
It looks like it is at least back in the my.scouting App.
Yes, the options are back in the app. The disctric Commissioners must Reassign all over again the unit Commissioner to there respective units. But at least the system is back.
