Hey folks,
Our cubmaster created a lion den and added scouts to it and it is not visible on the roster to me as a committee member or our committee chair. Also, when we created a lion den and assigned leaders to it, that lion den disappeared on the roster. We can’t search for the leader, we can’t search for the cubs - it literally gives 0 result. If we go on the roster filter settings the lion den that the cubmaster created isn’t even listed among the dens. The lion den that we created is listed, and you can check or uncheck its box but it doesn’t suddenly make it appear on the roster.
I have tried refreshing the page and it didn’t help.

@SilviaPiccinotti first try going to Roster > click Filter > Click reset no matter what is selected.
Oh man. I was just about to email and say that I had done that and it didn’t work (because I had and it hadn’t), but I figured I would try it again just because you asked. And guess what? This time it worked. I also updated my browser after I posted my question, so maybe that also made a difference.

It is that REFRESH button - not changing things, just clicking the refresh
I know. I’ve used the magic refresh button before, so I had already tried but it didn’t work. That’s where I wonder if it was a combo of the magic refresh button AND updating the browser. Thanks again!
