Committee Chair "Pending" in Scout Book

For the last 6 months the Committee Chair has not been able to use Scout Book because his entry is identified as “Pending”. Our DE has contacted National about this and there is no communication or solution for this problem so far. How many more months will this take to resolve? If it takes many more, we’ll not have to worry about it as they will be gone. Let’s go National. Give us tools that work.

Pending means they have never signed into that account - they might have another account - what is the BSA #?


This issue has been resolved after 9 months of struggle. There was a password reset and now it works. I’ve asked the unit to monitor this to be sure no other issues need to be addressed. So far Tim has as able to successfully log in.
