It would be so awesome if there was a way to give a committee member all the powers of the committee chair for the purposes of training. It’s much harder to teach when someone has to wait to become committee chair to see the functionality on scoutbook, and only one person can have it at a time.

I think this is more of a policy question, but I also don’t see why there can only be one committee chair. It would help fill/fulfill the role if it could be shared if necessary/helpful.

Give them the Key 3 Delegate role - problem solved.

@SilviaPiccinotti - yes the key 3 delegate is the way to go. The membership standard is one COR, one committee chair and one unit leader hence the key 3 designation. Each one of those can have a delegate.
