We have an 18 year old who just completed safeguarding youth module, and can’t find cert to download to register as adult?

Within an hour or so after completing the course they should receive an email with a certificate of completion. And it does not sync to the My Training page immediately.

@MarkHolley - unit renewal is independent of member renewal and applications. The leader will not be entered until the criminal background check is completed and has the approval of the COR.
@MarkHolley most logical guess is the user is using a login associated with a different member number - that happens all the time - if you provide the Member # you have (no names) we can see and maybe be able to help or advise.
