If I am not mistaken, the Connection History report in Commissioner Tools used to have a filter button whereby you could define a date range for the report. The current version of the report in Commissioner Tools has this description: “Comprehensive connection history for each unit, including comments, for the past 12 months.”
When you run this report on 1/5/2026. for example, you get a report for the time period 1/6/2025 to 1/5/2025 with mostly empty connection data. I know my district had 60+ connections last year because I ran this report in early December and that is what it reported.
