Our council recently merged my husband’s old BSA account from 10 years ago with his new account. Before the merge, he was connected to all of the scouts in our pack in Scoutbook. Now all of his connections are gone and we have not been able to get them back. Any ideas? Thanks!
Your husband probably still has 2 Scoutbook accounts. Send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, including both the old and new BSA Member IDs. Ask them to search for duplicates and merge them. Councils are not able to merge Scoutbook accounts.
you can also try using Switch SSO under your husbands account when logged in - that sometimes works
