I am the Merit Badge Coordinator for our Troop, and I do not have permission to email merit badge counselors about holding classes for scouts. I am trying to contact counselors not associated with our troop. Has anyone else had this problem?
@KimberlyHotz - how are you trying to contact them as there is no direct way to do that in scoutbook

Thanks for responding. I was trying to do it in Scoutbook from the Merit Badge Counselor page. There is the icon for contact information. In Scoutbook legacy, their emails were listed. I don’t see that in Scoutbook Plus so how can I contact them? Am I missing where their contact information is located?

So do I need to edit my permissions to include adult? If so, how do I do that?

No, I’ve always been an adult volunteer.
@KimberlyHotz - whomever set you up with youth permissions needs to remove them.

My husband is the scout master of the troop, and he has those same permissions as I do. We don’t see how to change them. Do you know who we should contact to remove those permissions?

@KimberlyHotz - I would gather that your husband has the same error and does the committee chair also get that same error ?
No, my husband is not having the same issue.
