A completion date for rank and BOR date was entered incorrectly. If trying to correct the rank it errors BOR date cant be after it, if correcting BOR date it errors adv date cant be after it. It must be corrected since the minimum length of time was 2 days after the wrong date. The correct date was 1 week later. Not sure how to correct since the 2 errors cycle each other as an error.
Has the rank been marked as approved in Scoutbook?
If not, try removing the date from the board of review requirement. Then see if you can change the overall date of completion.
