I am a council admin. When I download my MBC list I have 882 counselors. When I go to send a message to MBC it shows 0 in number of counselors. If I input message it shows it going to 385 users. Any thoughts

This may just be a counter issue. Would you send this as a problem ticket to scoutbook.support@scouting.org and cc: suacinformation@scoutbook.com and I will ask development to look into it.
