Create Purchase Order button is disabled

SM here.

Trying to create a PO for our upcoming COH and the button is disabled for me.

I tried looking at permissions and it says I have permission to create POs so I’m not sure what the problem is. I saw that this was a known bug but the workaround that was given is not available anymore.

@JDecker

My first thought is you are both SM and Key 3 Delegate. I suspect this is confusing Scoutbook Plus. Since SM is Key 3, you do not need Key 3 Delegate. Try removing this then wait until the next morning to try to create a PO again.

Let us know if that works.

@JDecker - here is a guide for this process. I suspect that no items have been selected in the list of approved items hence the button is not active

@JDecker when you say it is disabled - what do you mean? do you see it? do you get an error if you click it?
