I cannot create a Troop Admin. anymore in Scout Book Legacy. When you click on an adult, go to “Edit Profile,” it sends you to Scout Book Plus. There used to be a button to ““add a new role” so I could make an adult a Troop Admin. Despite changing this adult’s role in My.Scouting and messing with the new permissions feature in Scout Book Plus, he is still not listed as a Troop Admin. PLEASE HELP!

There is no such as Troop Admin under the new system, and it can’t be added in classic SB anymore. What specifically are you looking to get the scouter access to? Just the payment logs?

Can you provide more details on what you did in the permissions editor in SB+?
It seems like setting them to have a Functional Role of Unit Treasurer should at least give them access to messaging and the payment logs. They can be added to from there by adding other specific permissions as described in the PDF linked from the blue banner at the top of these forums.
I don’t know if it’s a situation where they have to wait for an overnight sync to run or if they need to force a refresh of SB+ to get the new permissions to appear for them.
