Creating Stripe account for unit

I am attempting to set up a Stripe account on Scoutbook Plus. I have been added as the “online direct payment contact” and have been in the “staged” phase for a week now. My understanding is it should only take 48 hrs to get out of the “staged” phase and into the “initiated phase.” What do we need to do to get this going for our Pack?

@RoseStone - there was a fix for this announced on the 27th. Have you looked at it since then ? I would try a hard refresh or incognito session.

I have tried a hard refresh and incognito session multiple times, but still stuck at “staged.”
Any other ideas?

As of today, I have been able to initiate the Stripe account! 5/6/2026
