I have one Cub Scout that has four membership ID numbers (three from previous Scoutreach Programs). Trying to renew his membership in Pack as he’s expired 10/31/2024.
His correct membership # is 140610101, and parent is 140610100. We can’t renew his membership, can you assist? Thank you.
@MaureenO_Brien The Cub Scout is currently registered with 2 different packs in the same council, but under 2 different BSA member ID numbers:
140610101 - Pack 0127
13821125 - Pack 2006
@MaureenO_Brien I have switched the Scout’s BSA member ID number on the Scoutbook account. However, you might need to wait on the overnight sync. The parent with first initial R. has the correct relationship to renew the Scout.
