Cub scout missing prior years rank advancement and adventures due to record getting taken down

I have a Cub scout who’s was in good standing and his record was removed from Scout book sometime between June of 2025 & September of 2025. I filled in his Wolf Adventures to prepare him for advancement by the Cub Master prior to May of 2026 - Cub master ranked everyone up on 8/30/2026 at the same time to start the new year. By the way, this scout is a twin and his record is identical, so I know what he has completed along with my own record keeping before i enter things into Scoutbook. After we learned that his record went missing, we got it back up and running months later. Now I want to fill in what his achievements for what went missing from the Wolf Adventures, but I can’t because you cannot go backwards. This feels so unfair even though I filled his adventures out while he was a Wolf. Is there no want this can be reconciled? I don’t know why his record went missing for that time, his payments were in, and his twin brothers account remained intact completely.

What is the Scout’s Scouting America Member ID (no names)?

His member number is 140135365

his Brother’s number is 140135357, and the Adventures should be identical
