A den leader in my children’s pack was trying to log “On a Roll” and “Pedal with the Pack” for my children, but they are showing up as “Opted Out”.
What might explain the reason for this?

@etruongcao often that is because a leader has opted them out - I would have key 3 look at the roster in SB+ and My.scouting.org to see if they are marked opt out

@etruongcao She is registered in Verdugo Hills Council under member ID number 142152094. Every council has its own set of numbers.
